Before ordering parts, please have your serial number ready. We understand that this is not always readily available, however it is necessary information. As there are many different models available, it is important to us that you get the correct part for your composting toilet. The serial number – located on the back of the composting unit, or on the top right-hand cover of your owner’s manual – is the best way for our customer service team to ensure this. Without the serial number, it is possible that the parts you order will not be the ones you need to complete your repairs in a timely manner.
